1. Photographs of new Cat-CVD appratus for NEDO Solar Cell Project.

2. Photographs of Cat-CVD appratus for thin film deposition used in solar cells. Currently, the apparatus is mainly used for fabrication of amorphous-silicon (a-Si)/crystalline-silicon (c-Si) hetero-junction solar cells and also for study on passivation film deposition and Cat-doping experiment.

3. Photographs of JAIST International School held from March 4 to 8, 2013, at “Shiinoki-Guest House” located near Kenrokuen-Garden and Kanazawa Castle in Kanazawa city and also at Japanese Ryokan “Matsusaki”, located near JAIST. Many young researchers around the world have joined this school to study on Cat-CVD technology, to discuss on mutual intresting topics, and to make international friendship for future collaboration.
