Please bring any other necessary amenities (shampoo, body soap, toothbrush, etc.) or purchase them at the Convenience Store in JAIST.

Annex (for middle-term use)

● There are no amenities provided in the Annex.
Please bring necessary amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, toothbrush, etc.) or purchase them at the Convenience Store in JAIST.
● Bedding (sheets, pillows, quilts, etc.) other than mattresses are not provided for the beds in the rooms. Guests are requested to bring, purchase, or rent their own bedding supplies.
● Please read the following ”Attention when using JAIST International Seminar House” Before your stay.

Notice

● The guests and their family members must make efforts to maintain the facilities, equipment, and fixtures they use, and comply with the following items.
  1. The room is NOT to be rented, in whole or in part, to anyone other than the applicant and family members who have been granted permission to use the room.
  2. The room is NOT to be used for any purpose other than staying or living.
  3. Do NOT make any renovations to the facility.
  4. Take care to prevent fires and other disasters, and strive to maintain a comfortable environment.
Smoking is prohibited in all area on campus, including the Rooms and Inside the building of the JAIST International Seminar House.
