Outline of This Programme

“JAIST-India Cooperative Programme for Frontier Scientists/Engineers with Global Sense” is being implemented as one of MEXT Re-Inventing Japan Project 2014.
This programme is aiming at developing “intellectually tough” human resources who can anticipate and respond to changes in industrial structure and society, and nurturing the future leaders to bridge between Japan and India in industrial and/or academic sectors. To achieve this goal, JAIST conducts collaborative education with partner institutions in India through faculty and student exchanges, and cooperate with Japanese companies which have local branches in India
