The COE Center, also called the Center for Strategic Development of Science and Technology is a base for research and education regarding "Technology Creation based on Knowledge Science."
Promotion
To realize practical research and education integration of humanities and science, we facilitate cooperation between JAIST (School of Knowledge Science, School of Materials Science, and the School of Information Science) and domestic / international research institutes, national and local government, companies, and academic societies.
Public relations activities
We update this website periodically to provide an explanation about the COE program, and publish public relations magazine "COE NEWS." We also organize symposiums, seminars, and forums.
