Prior to traveling to Japan for IUKM 2023, please review the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan website to clarify your visa requirements. If required, please be sure to apply for a visa that provides a sufficient time frame for your participation (a few months are needed in general).

If you need acceptance letters for your visa application, please contact Van-Nam HUYNH at huynh@jaist.ac.jp.

Acceptance letters should only be issued to Speakers/Presenters and Committee members who have paid the required registration fee in full. When you plan to travel with your family and/or students who do not present any paper, please apply for visas together.
