Registration Instructions
Registration and Payment must be completed by October 22, 2023 (10 days before the conference). If not, your attendance at the welcome reception and banquet (gala dinner) cannot be accepted because of order deadlines. Please burden bank transfer fee at your expense.
To register for IUKM 2023, please do the following steps:
- Fill in the registration form (Word or PDF version).
- Pay the conference registration fee in JPY via Bank Transfer (Please quote "IUKM 2023 Registration Fee, Your Name and Your Paper IDs" in the description section of your transfer) to:

Notes
- For each accepted paper, at least one author must finish Early Regular Registration of 60,000JPY or Early Student Registration of 50,000JPY (by August 25, 2023) to guarantee the paper will be included in the proceedings.
- Student registration for authors applies if a) the student is the lead author of the paper, and, b) the student is the person to present the paper at the conference. Proof of student status is required, please send it together with your completed registration form.
- Regular registration fee includes: Access to all IUKM 2023 sessions, welcome reception, gala dinner, an USB flash disk or hard copy of the proceedings, coffee breaks and lunches during the conference.
- A Student registration covers everything as a Regular registration.
- Accompanying person fee includes: welcome reception and gala dinner.
- All registration fees must be received by August 25, 2023 at the latest for early author registration.
- Accompanying person registration is prepared for the people who come to the symposium place together with regular/student participants and join to the social activities of IUKM 2023. This is for researcher's family members or friends who are not interested in oral scientific sessions. Therefore, accompanying person registration can be made only together with regular/student registration. Accordingly, the certification of the participation to the scientific meetings of IUKM 2023 is not issued for any accompanying person.
