Poster Boards

The poster (A0 size) should be designed to fit the space of 85 cm (width) x 120 cm (height).
Materials necessary for display posters on the board (pins etc.) will be provided.
Poster space will be allocated by the number on the poster board in the international center.
All presenters should be at their posters during the poster session.

The poster presenters should be there during the obligation time, and the poster should be placed in the morning on November 26 or in the evening on 25.

Short Talk

For short talk presenters

▪ Short talk session for P069-P112 will be held in room IC-1 on November 26, 10:35-11:40.
▪ Presenters are divided into 4 groups, ordering by your poster number.
▪ Each presenter has 2 minutes at maximum (preferably 1 min 40-50 sec). We request for you to strictly keep this timeframe.
▪ 2-3 pages power point presentation file (describing the overview of your poster with poster number, title, full name and affiliation) should be submitted prior to .
▪ Due to the restriction of time, we do not allow to open your file or change your file at site. Preparation of your slides will be managed by our staffs.
▪ According to time frame of your group, we will ask you to stand-by in the prepared area to keep the time schedule.
