Registration

Please make a registration via the FLOPS 2014 registration site.

Fee

The registration fees include printed proceedings, a banquet, and network connection at the venue.

• Early registration (until May 16th, 2014)
  • Student: JPY 20,000
  • Normal: JPY 30,000
• On-site registration
  • Student: JPY 30,000
  • Normal: JPY 40,000

Banquet

A banquet for the registered participants is included in the registration fees. Please note any special dietary requests for the banquet in the "Comments" field of the registration.

Please contact us by June 2nd (Mon), 2014 if you are planning to register on site and participate in the banquet, or have accompanying people participating in the banquet.

Accommodations

The reservation for the following hotels can be made via the FLOPS 2014 registration site.

• Kanazawa Excel Hotel Tokyu
• APA Hotel Kanazawa-Chuou
• Kanazawa New Grand Hotel

To reserve the above hotels for the nights of June 6th (Fri) and/or 7th (Sat), please note your request in the "Comments" field of the form. Rooms may be available even if the number is 0.

Please also note your smoking or non-smoking preference (if any) in the "Comments" field.

Visas

Please check the following information for whether you need a visa. If you are an invited speaker, an author of an accepted paper, or a PC member and need a visa, please contact us as soon as possible. Otherwise, we cannot issue any document.
