Visa information to come to Japan


Dear participants:

Thank you for your registration to PDCAT. The next step is getting visa to Japan. Please make clear you require visa or not immediately.

Especially, Chinese participants requires 1 month to get visa in their worst case, thus they should hurry up.

Dear participants who require visa:

After your registration, we can prepare invitation letter to get visa and we can send it to you.

Since we achieved a policy that we ask you to prepare the documents by yourself if you can, would you please try by yourself at first? Please add the following things to the invitation letter by yourself:

  1. print out of PDCAT homepage
  2. your schedule
And please consult the nearest Japanese embassy or consulate.

Furthermore, we have already prepared and we can send:

  1. a small poster of PDCAT
  2. a document describes outline of PDCAT, history of PDCAT, etc. in Japanese
if necessary.

Additionally, we can prepare:

  1. formal invitation letter
  2. table of detailed schedule that includes your travel information such as:
    • flight number
    • your hotel and its telephone number
    • movement method inside Japan
    Of course you should give us the above information for preparing this table.
for Chinese participants.

In order to hurry up our process to get visa, we can send you documents via fax before sending via airmail so that you can look it faster than its arrival. Please feel free to ask us to send documents via fax. For the purpose of quick responce, please include your fax number in your request.

If you have some special request, please feel free to ask us.
