| Dear Students who will complete the JAIST next month
(Except the students who are now in the master's programs and apply for doctoral programs in JAIST) |

If you will complete the JAIST this month and you have been
borrowing the books from library now, please return all of them
before you leave the JAIST.
It is possible to check whether you are borrowing the books or not by "User Loan Status Inquiry ". And you can use it on the terminals on the each floor in the library or on your terminal in the laboratory through the library's web site page [https://www.jaist.ac.jp/~syori/jo/e-data00.html] . Please check your status of the books and do not forget to return the books. (If you forget to return the books, your data will not be erased.)
If you have the KIT-LC card(the card of Kanazawa Institute of Technology Library Center), please return it to the information desk in JAIST library.(We will gather the cards of all students and return them to KIT-LC.)

| New model of the Automatic Lending Machine |

On March 5, we introduced the new Automatic Lending Machine on the
1st floor in the library.
When using this new machine, you must insert your ID card into it like using an ATM. ID cards that are bent, chipped or flaking can not be accepted by the new machine. Please test your ID card on the new machine to make sure that you can check out materials automatically from 8:30 to 17:00 weekdays. If you are having difficulty using the new machine with your ID card, please ask the staff in the Section which issued your ID card to replace it. |
