Mahidol University visited JAIST President Dr. TERANO
On August 1, 2024, Asst.Prof. Narit Hnoohom, Head of Computer Engineering Department (Mahidol University, Thailand) with his 9 delegation members visited JAIST President Dr. TERANO.
JAIST has concluded the Memorandum of Understanding with Mahidol University in June 2012. In November 2023, JAIST President Dr. TERANO visited Mahidol University.
This visit is to discuss on future collaboration between JAIST and Mahidol University.
During the meeting, they discussed the research environment surrounding both universities and the specific possibilities for joint research and student exchanges. After the meeting, they toured some facilities in JAIST, and students from Mahidol University met with faculty and staff of Mahidol University.
It is expected that this visit will further revitalize between JAIST and Mahidol University.
