■Abstract
Kulisara Budpud, and co‐workers discover the morphological instability of polysaccharides, especially the reversible self-assembly/disassembly between micron-fibers and microparticles in response to changes in aquatic environments. By just controlling the the polymer concentration or salt concentration in aqueous mixtures, the morphology reversibly changes driven by the interaction with water molecules. Moreover, the microparticles having crosslinking points in the interior behave as super-moisturizing materials. We envision that this challenge would help constructing sustainable society using natural polymer materials.
