Regarding confirmed case of COVID-19

On Tuesday, January 25, 2022, one of our staff member was confirmed to be infected with COVID-19.

The staff member has not been on campus since December, and it has been confirmed that there are no contacts inside of JAIST.

We will continue to take measures against the COVID-19 thoroughly.
In order to respect the human rights and to protect personal information of infected person and related parties, we will not disclose the name and activity history. Thank you for your understanding.
