The Reopening of Tokyo Satellite

As previously announced about the gradual re-opening of Tokyo Satellite, we decided measures of its operation after 10^th July as below. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

1 Opening hours and use of facilities
<July 10 (Fri.)～for the time being>
Opening hours: 10:30-16:00 everyday

- Lectures
Classes for Term Ⅰ and Ⅱ are basically provided online.
(Lecturers can record and deliver a lecture by using devices equipped in Tokyo Satellite.)

- Lounge and Library
You may use the lounge and library.
To avoid three Cs, reservation is required. There are restrictions on available space, time and number of users. Please make a reservation at least two days in advance by sending an e-mail including the following information.

Please send us an email with your student number, name, mobile phone number, date, time and purpose of your reservation.

- Having a research guidance with students or meeting with people outside JAIST

All members at JAIST are advised to take preventive measures such as wearing a mask, washing hands and getting up-to-date information.
