JAIST concluded the Memorandum of Understanding with China University of Petroleum (East China) (UPC) of China on March 30, 2020.
Established in 1953, UPC currently has approximately 26,300 students.
Having implemented student exchanges in the field of Materials Science so far, UPC and JAIST have reached the agreement based on the objectives to promote and advance organized academic exchanges.
It is hoped that this MoU will lead to even more exchanges between UPC and JAIST.
