　　　　　Shortening the Hours of Operation at Educational and Student Affairs Division

Please be informed that operating hours at Educational and Student Affairs Division will be shortened as follows in terms of preventing the novel coronavirus infection.
If you have any questions during the shortened hours of operation, please contact us via email as much as possible.
We may continue to shorten the operating hours after May 8 depending on the situation. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
