■Title
Digital Audio Watermarking Method Based on Singular Spectrum Analysis with Automatic Parameter Estimation Using a Convolutional Neural Network
■Abstract
The paper is a continuation idea of the paper relating audio watermarking based on singular spectrum analysis. In our previous work, an audio watermarking method based on the singular-spectrum analysis (SSA) with a differential evolution (DE) algorithm for parameter estimation is studied. In this study, we replaced DE with CNN-based parameter estimation. The experimental results showed that the computational time of the scheme with CNN-based parameter is significantly reduced by 96,923 times. The sound quality and the robustness were well balanced. Moreover, the scheme was a blind method.
■Comment
I am very grateful to receive the best paper award of iiHMSP2018. The paper is a continuation idea of the paper relating audio watermarking based on singular spectrum analysis. First of all, I would like to thank my advisor, Professor Masashi Unoki, and my co-advisor Dr. Jessada Karnjana and Dr. Pakinee Aimmanee. My research started with improving their previous work which provided me with a good guidance and motivation. I am sure that these supports will help me in the future to be a good researcher. Moreover, I would like to express my gratitude to the support of the NSTDA-SIIT-JAIST's scholarship. It would be impossible for me to conduct my research without the great guidance and the scholarship.
