In the case for going abroad, you must obtain the approval from your own supervisor beforehand and
submit the "Notice of Temporary Leave" handed to the International Student Section.

▶Border Measures for Re-Entry into Japan
All entrants and re-entrants to Japan must comply with the following epidemic prevention measures.

*Government entry restriction measures, epidemic prevention measures, and other measures
are frequently updated and changed.
In addition, it is the responsibility of the re-entrant to take measures to epidemic prevention
measures upon re-entry, so please be sure to check the latest information by yourself.
▶Antigen Testing After Re-Entry (JAIST student dormitory residents only)
※This measure is valid until May 7,2023.
For students who arrive at JAIST without being tested or isolated at the arrival airport after re-entry,
those who move into the student dormitory will be tested on the day of arrival at JAIST.
(This is to prevent the spread of infection in student dormitories where many students live.)
