In October 2024, “JAIST Photo Contest 2024,” was held, and the following winning entries were selected. Thank you very much for your wonderful contributions!
The JAIST Photo Contest was held for the second time, with the aim of presenting the joys of real student life at JAIST through photographs.
From a total 75 entries, 15 were selected as winners by a voting by students, faculty, and staff. In the final judging on the day of the JAIST festival, October 26, local community members who attended the festival in addition to JAIST students, faculty and staff joined in the voting, and the awards ceremony was held on the outdoor stage.

Comment : This photo captures the changing seasons at JAIST--- Sakura cherry blossoms in spring, the bright days of summer, and the snowy beauty of winter. I always cherish this beautiful view on my way to work.
It gently reminds me that, like the seasons, situations in life are ever-changing. This thought inspires me to start each day with a positive attitude. Nature has so much to teach us--- it’s up to us to find joy in the little things around us. Life is always beautiful when we choose to see it that way.
