JAIST Summer School Application Form

by May 30th, 2009. The result will be notified by June 5th, 2009.

Once your application is accepted, JAIST will buy return (roundtrip) tickets and send you

e-tickets over e-mails. You have to buy train tickets in Japan by yourselves.

The train fares will be refunded.

Participants should share rooms in the Hakusan seminar house.

If you cancel the trip, you have to pay the cancellation cost to JAIST.

If you want to spend a few days in Japan before or after the summer school, you can do so.

But, if you want to spend more days in Japan for other purposes, it may be hard for us

to support your airfare.
