The comments from graduated students

Life in JAIST was really comfortable, as the university supported us in various aspects not only study but job hunting, mental health, the whole students life.
In Mizuta lab, I spent a truly fulfilling two years conducting an interesting, high-level research with people from Japan and overseas.
Moreover, the daily informal communication with Japanese / foreign people was a valuable experience for me.
Come to see JAIST! If you don't have any background in your undergraduate, don't worry, your lab members will totally help you.
In conclusion, I was so happy to join JAIST and had a meaningful time there. Thank you very much.

Hello. I am a graduate of 2018. I was involved in the electronic state simulation calculation of the substance at mizuta laboratory in one year and a half .

Currently I am engaged in business such as machine learning with image processing at enterprises. What I learned at mizuta laboratory is not directly related to work, but the basis of thinking about problem was cultivated under guidance of Professor Mizuta and Manoharan Senior lecturer. Also, thanks to the meeting held in English at mizuta laboratory, I was evaluated English skills to company.

We are proud that could research with top-level researchers in world. It was very meaningful for me to study without any worries in a rich natural place called Ishikawa from 2016 to 2018. Thank you very much.
