概要：
Attrition effects can be witnessed across the full range of individual’s linguistic knowledge. Lexicon is the one in which most change can be seen. In the language processing, the lexical elements are the first thing a speaker needs to retrieve. The lexicon is a complex database including information about the word’s pronunciation, orthography, lemmas, and concepts. Lexical retrieval entails knowing all this information about a word as well as the ability to quickly retrieve it from memory.  
 This time I’m going to explain the reason why current study focus on the attrition of orthographic skills in L1. And I also want to discuss my research methods with Lab members.
