Biography

Ricardo Parrao is a Doctoral Student at the Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST) in Nomi, Japan. He received the M.S. degree from Instituto Politécnico Nacional (National Polytechnic Institute IPN) in Mexico, in 2011. During his master’s studies He got a scholarship from IPN to study a year of his master at the University of Electro-Communications in Tokyo, Japan, in 2010. He has been at JAIST since 2013. His research interests include coding theory, information theory, signal processing  and their applications.
